Eligibility

Multi-Tasker recruitment PWD Himachal Pardesh 2022 Only such a person will be able to apply for a Multi-Task Worker, namely,

i) Indian citizen.

ii) Bonafide Himachali.

iii) Reasonable.

iv) No family member of the nominated person should work for the Government / PSU / Board.

v) They have never been involved in any criminal activity.

vi) Healthy ready/fit to do hard manual labor '

vii) Permanent resident of the district / Gram PanchayatAJrban area 'in the Sub-Phase / Phase, HPPWD, for which it is recognized.


Education Criteria 

Candidates must have a Middle Pass (8th) degree from a school / Center within Himachal Pradesh. 8th Himachali School pass status will not apply to Bonafide Himachali '

Desirable: - Knowledge of the culture, customs, and vernacular languages ​​of Himachal Pradesh '


Age Limit 

Multi-Tasker recruitment PWD Himachal Pardesh 2022 The candidate will be between 18 and 45 years of Superintendent, Continuing Engineer of the Designated Association, after the approval of the competent management, will apply for a Multi-Task (Worker (Lok Nirman)) appointment by advertisement by the board. 


How to Apply

Candidates will have to apply for nomination as Multi-Task employees (Lok Nirman) in the prescribed format, and certified copies of certificates to the Chief Sector Engineer who will process applications received before or before the due date. 

The applicant's documentation will be verified along with the original documents at the time of counseling. The concerned Executive Engineer will send a copy of the consolidated list of applicants to the Managing Engineer.


Document required

1) Aadhar Card (for proof of identity and Residence proof '

2) Age Certificate (Birth certificate issued by the Municipality

3) A Panchayat or middle school certificate from the last recognized school, or circle of information. The matric certificate, as the case may be, will be regarded as an official document '

4) Himachali Bonafide Certificate (issued by SDO (C) / Tehsidar / Naib Tehsildar).

5) A certificate confirming that no family member of the nominated person Government / (Issued by SDO (C) / TehsiIdar / Naib Tehsildar) '

6) Community class certificate (sc / sT / oBC / EWS) (issued by SDO (C) / Tehs ildar / Naib Tehs idar).

7) BPL Certificate (if applicable) (Issued Gram Panchayat relevant to Jbrmat prescribed with reference number and date of issue duly signed by the relevant Panchayat secretary / sahayak and signed by the relevant Gram.

8) Panchayat Pradhan was also attested by the relevant BDO and in the case of the City by the commissioner of the Municipal corporation, the Chief Executive Officer of the Municipal Council, Secretary of Nagar Pattchayats) '


General Instruction

Nominees for the Multi-Task Worker (Lok Nirman) will also have no right, no subsequent claim as a regular employee of the State Government.


Terms and Conditions 

a) The incumbent will be paid a prize of Rs 4500 / - (Rs 4,500 only) per month.

b) The affected AE / JE will prepare a weekly chart of measurable activity responsibility assigned to the Multi-Task Worker (Lok Nirman). However, the affected JE will have the freedom to change the weekly work assignment during the course depending on the change of need/emergency.

c) Quarterly Reporting Format (to be developed by ENC, HPPWD) will be completed by the relevant JE and submitted to the relevant Chief Engineer, at the end of each term with the Assistant Developer Signature's signature. It will be the responsibility of the relevant Branch to maintain the performance record of each Multi-Task Worker (Lok Nirman).

d) This certificate will be sent to the relevant Chief Engineer for registration.

e) Unsatisfactory performance may result in termination of appointment by issuing an order. The termination process will not be complete unless at least 3 notices have been given to the charge holder and there has been no improvement in service delivery. J.E. concerned will have to write down the reasons for such termination and this will do.
