Memories are difficult to forget. but not impossible you can forget your past memories; bad events ,people ,about relationships etc.
Now question arises how we can alter or completely cope up with our memories.

- Try to form new memories. find new positive people be with them it will help you to forget old memories.
- Have a busy life try to divert your mind and work continuously don't be alone it will compel your mind to rethink those memories.
- Avoid Alcohol and drugs. it will make things worse especially if it is bad memories it will make you anxious and depressed it is like avoiding bad memories and inviting drug addiction.
- Make your health priority spend time with your family have proper healthy food.
- Talk to someone about it will feel you relaxed.
